With more than 25 years in Ontario real estate, Brenda brings deep industry knowledge, steady leadership, and a people-first approach to everything she does.

Her career began behind the scenes in legal, accounting, and brokerage management, giving her a rare, inside understanding of how real estate truly works. She later transitioned into Human Resources, managing teams of up to 300 employees—experience that shaped her reputation as a strong, fair, and effective leader.

In 2001, Brenda returned to her true passion and became a licensed Sales Representative, quickly earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Her influence extended beyond transactions, serving as a Director with the Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington and sitting on key Professional Standards and Development committees. She was also appointed to RECO’s Discipline and Appeals Committee.

After helping grow a Burlington brokerage to more than 175 agents as Broker of Record and shareholder, Brenda launched her own brokerage in 2018, built on integrity, collaboration, and personalized service. In 2023, she aligned her team with the internationally respected Realty World brand—combining world-class training and technology with a strong local, collaborative culture.

Brenda continues to build a brokerage defined by trust, professionalism, and genuine care for both clients and agents.
